Well if there are Cavalry guys involved it looks like you get Chariot Races round the compound

The guys will find it a shock to the system when swapping climates as it has not snowed within the reigon for the last 9 years an I am informed that it is so cold that the RSM has turned a blind eye to the wearing of the more colourful beanies that we supplied. We are still waiting for the photos of the senior staff modelling the "special little gems" that we sent them.

The weather was definately closing in as the mountains in the background are hardly visable today. The sport of the day was snow ball battles for al those not involved in mounted activities and I believe all targets were fair game!! Apparently this went on for most of the day.

Regardless of the opportunity to unwind and have a little fun we remember foremost where we are, what we are here for and those who have paid the ultimate price in our attempts to achieve it. Memorial to the fallen.
